 In Stock Items: Items ordered online can be exchanged within 5 business days of delivery for a merchandise credit only . To initiate an exchange please contact annie@lymanjewels.com. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.

Made to Order Items: All custom, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
